What challenge were you trying to address with Markecsy?

I was looking for a new agency to provide a complete IT solution for us, including cloud-based web app development and digital marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Markecsy has provided a variety of different services. First, they developed a new modern directory that we can update in real-time. Afterward, they built a CRM and reporting software for us. It has a Google Data Studio dashboard.

When it comes to digital marketing, they've helped us with our paid marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook. Their team works remotely.

We work with four teammates: a developer, a content writer, a project manager, and a designer.

How did you come to work with Markecsy?

I sent RFPs to several potential vendors. I received a proposal from Markecsy that included all the services we were looking for and the requirements.

How much have you invested in them?

We have spent $250,000 so far.

The project began in June 2021, and it is still ongoing.

Markecsy has delivered powerful reporting software that has allowed us to understand things easily. They've followed our guidelines and facilitated a very smooth process. Furthermore, they're on time and transparent. 

How did Markecsy perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is very good at working with deadlines. The project manager, who is very knowledgeable, has done a superb job. 

In terms of project management tools, we use Basecamp, which they installed for us. We use it to list our requirements, and the team will take care of them accordingly. We communicate through phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provided a project manager who knew our criteria and requirements and understood them well. Overall, the process has been superb.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we don't have any issues with their team. I appreciate their work.

I have already recommended them to other people.
