What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The logo was completed fairly quickly. Took 4 requests to spell a word properly, and the copyright fees were 4 times the rest of the world’s fees. The website was simple, as described by their team, yet months later wasn't delivered in a usable condition. Apparently, when I didn’t commit to paying previously unmentioned exorbitant fees to complete the projects, I wasn’t a viable client any longer.

I agree I took the bait but walked away and lost our investment and time before the switch got us in deeper with this group. There is so much talent out there for these projects. Please don’t get lured in by their pricing claims; truly a case of low cost-low results.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

There wasn’t true project management. I was assigned several, although the voices and the messages all appeared to be written by the same person, in my opinion. Our small charity’s needs were not met, and their responses were predictable and triggerable once we realized their game. We ended up with some pdf’s that were given to a local developer who’s meeting our needs

Their incompetence and ability to pretend they are serving the customer.
