For what projects/services did your company hire LeadMuster, and what were your goals?

As part of a rebranding initiative, we were integrating three old websites into one new website. We choose LeadMuster to assist us to optimise all of the new website content and manage the migration so that we wouldn't lose our current search rankings.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our prior agency, which they had recently bought, recommended LeadMuster to us. Their professionalism and precise proposal for our project, as well as the high reference from the prior agency's owner, influenced our decision to choose them.

We started with a few in-depth sessions to help them understand our company and our target market, which is different from other industries. LeadMuster audited all three of our current websites to ensure that all material was accounted for, and they also prepared a detailed migration map for us. LeadMuster conducted keyword analysis for each page as we evaluated what material would be carried over and what new content would need to be generated, assisting us in optimizing all of the new web pages prior to launch. They also assisted us with managing all of our redirects following the move, as well as conducting a post-launch audit to help us clean up our pages and enhance our page rankings.

The Director of SEO Strategy and the Senior SEO Strategist were our primary contacts.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Thanks in large part to the LeadMuster team, we had a wonderfully flawless brand launch. They were there for us every step of the way, making sure our material was optimized, our redirects were set up, and nothing was forgotten. We've only had the new site up for about a month, but we're already seeing a lot of traffic - far more than I expected for a site migration or new website, and I have no doubt it's due to LeadMuster's help.

LeadMuster is a well-organized and communicative platform. Every call was followed by an email with action items, and their team was extremely prompt with all deliverables. There wasn't a single detail that slipped between the cracks with them! Any bottlenecks that arose were due to our actions, not theirs. The team is extremely informed, as well as professional, as well as friendly, and approachable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge of SEO, particularly backlink strategy, sets them apart in their field. They had a solid strategy in place for every aspect of our brand launch, and they were able to communicate the strategy as well as the reasoning for it to our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have any areas for improvement in our experience with them, and I am sure they would have continued to impress us over the long term as well.

We hadn't had a developer in a long time. We chose to hire an outside firm on a rolling basis instead of hiring an in-house resource.

LeadMuster supplied a team to work with our own team in a collaborative manner. They took care of a few business inquiries that were in severe need of attention. They also assist with the development, supply full-featured business requirements, and provide consultancy services.

The number of people on the team varies between five and seven. We collaborated with three developers who assisted the lead developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I enjoy how LeadMuster adds some more features to the deliverables I want or need. I know exactly what I'm searching for. They came up with brilliant ideas that were far superior to anything I could conceive of. They're really sturdy.

The project manager was excellent. The project manager made it a point to find out if anyone had any problems, and he would give me a hard time if he didn't think I was doing a good job. Because of how closely we worked together, losing a couple of front-end engineers was like losing our in-house personnel.

Our team does not have to deal with any additional work because of the code reviewers. It was well-run, and they provided excellent service.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

LeadMuster takes care of their programmers. They give off the impression that they like what they're doing. The programmers are not only talented but also highly motivated. Despite the company's growth, nothing was ever too much bother, and they were never overworked. Their team was available at any time.

They could locate someone to do a certain skill on a project in two weeks if it was required.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I could have done it for less money, but that would be unjust. They are significantly less expensive than any Australian firm. To be honest, we're quite happy with them. It's a pleasure to collaborate with them.

I have one point of contact who I speak to regularly. We meet several times a month to discuss performance, strategy, and future campaigns.

They knew what they are doing and did it well. After nearly a year of working with them, we are very happy with our partnership.

A company is only as good as its people. LeadMuster has an impressive team of dedicated and talented people which makes them unique and a pleasure to work with.
