What challenge were you trying to address with Lead Generators International?

We reached out to Lead Generators to help us acquire clients by generating quality leads through initial conversations over the phone.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lead Generators provided B2B cold calling services, providing a target of 20 lead appointments for our team to follow up on each month. 

What is the team composition? 

My primary contact was Tyler (CEO and Founder, Lead Generators), who assigned a caller to our account. 

How did you come to work with Lead Generators International?

I found them through a Google search and felt they would be a good fit for the project after some initial conversations with Tyler over the phone. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on and off for about a year from 2015–2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lead Generators successfully delivered 20 quality leads every month, so we got a great ROI. Every person we followed up with that they sent our way knew why we were calling and was open to discussing our product.

How did Lead Generators International perform from a project management standpoint?

Tyler was very proactive and communicative throughout the engagement. He always took the initiative to follow up with me as needed and let us know if any changes were being made to the resources working on our account. They never missed any targets.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hitting lead targets without fail is incredibly hard to do, so what they were able to achieve was very unusual. I also appreciated the level of contact I had directly with Tyler. Although the engagement has been completed, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again given the results they provided. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can't name anything. Our needs were relatively straightforward and they were able to meet them. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Regardless of the firm, it's important they take the time to thoroughly understand the company's product and value proposition, so I suggest taking the time to go through that process with them.

I’m the former president and CEO of Pyng Medical, a publicly traded medical device company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lead Generators International?

We hired Lead Generators International to take our existing product to a new market. Pyng Medical was a dominant supplier for the US military, but we wanted to expand into hospitals and the emergency medical services market. Lead Generators International needed to gauge the level of interest and ultimately provide sales prospects to Salesforce.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lead Generators International worked with us to develop how their team would speak about our product in the target market. We provided them a contact list, which included doctors, nurses, paramedics, hospitals, and administrators. They began cold calling and reporting back regularly while updating our Salesforce CRM to indicate the results of their outreach.

Their team performed market research that entailed people completing a questionnaire. We received the transcripts of those. They also did lead generation services. We used an email push notification, and then they followed up with phone calls.

I mainly worked with Tyler (President & Founder, Lead Generators International).

How did you come to work with Lead Generators International?

In 2004, I was working as a consultant in another company. Tyler performed a similar service under my direction.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $50,000–$100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between October 2007–December 2009.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I never had any complaints with Lead Generators International. Tyler has an extremely high success rate that I couldn’t have achieved on my own. I left the company before the project concluded, but their team did a fantastic job of creating awareness. I have nothing but positive feedback and have referred many of my clients to Tyler.

How did Lead Generators International perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management style was excellent. We met in person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Lead Generators International exhibits the highest integrity. They’re professional, delivering on their promises. They perform outreach more effectively than anyone else I’ve encountered.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there are none that I can think of.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Clients need to commit their money and time to Tyler and work through details. He’s willing and able to do that with his clients. They should also take advantage of the regular follow-ups and hold them accountable for results.

We researched several suppliers and had conversations with each of them.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

LGI compiled a list of targeted prospects, helped us develop a promotional collateral piece that would be sent to the prospects, developed a script in order to have meaningful conversations with the prospects and book information meetings with our Business Development Lead.

What was the team composition?

We worked with the President as well as their VP of Sales and directly with the caller assigned to our program.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

LGI achieved their stated goal for the 'test' campaign and we are now working with them for our long-term goals.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our team and LGI was very effective. They are very responsive, easy to work with, and achieve what they set out to do.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The working relationship was the most impressive. It would be easy to find others to do this work as well, but as we had a limited budget and were testing out the system in general, they were very patient with our learning curve and appreciative of our circumstances.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

At this point no.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Provided lead generation services with a call program to find interested dealers and decision makers.

We dealt with company principles, who helped define the program and implement it with the right callers. We got to interview each person to ensure they were the right guys for the job.

Of the 800 targeted accounts, we got one 300 valid leads
