I hired KSR to create order management software, online menu that users can open by scanning a QR, a website that is mobile friendly.

We had no online presence before but started getting orders from the website and the order management system has been working fine. There were a few issues integrating with the printer but KSR promptly handled them.

I had a good day experience in this regard. Their timelines were a little long but they delivered work before that.
