I am the partner of Golden India restaurant chains based in Switzerland. We have 6 restaurants in Switzerland.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kryptoninc Infolab LLP, and what were your goals?

We had the website that was just accomodating only 3 restaurants related information. To accommodate more business and restaurants we had to keep making changes and it was difficult to manage. So we engaged Kryptoninc Infolab to make the changes in existing website to allow as many restaurants as we open.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The main factor was timing. We had very strict timeline to finish the work in 25 days and based on responses from other vendors, we choose Kryptoninc. They were quick to respond and flexible while requesting any changes. We also had the fixed budget and they helped us to accomodate changes within that budget.

1. Deliver multiple restaurants setup.
2. Allow admin to enter the necessary values and all of them will be displayed in website without any code changes.
3. Allow dynamic parameters based on the restaurant location.
4. Allow book the table widget that will be used for all restaurants.
5. Build restaurant widget that could be dropped on any page into existing theme.
6. And many more requirements were there

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

2 people fr Kryptoninc worked with me. Abhishek and Vatsal. Abhishek was involved in requirements gathering where as Vatsal worked as a developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We just launched the website. It is very nice, neat and clean. It was mess earlier and cluttered through out the whole website. We still are initial phase of gathering the KPIs but it looks very nice and clean. Mobile version is very much same but main changes are direct click to actions available on main page.

We had requirements gathering session. Then meetings to clarify the requirements as and when we progressed. We used to have demo after each requirement was built and the deployed to live website. We had frequent releases after each requirement was approved by me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a very professional attitude and are very easy to work with. Fast responders and quick to get it done.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing to improve.

I am the CEO of Shree Govind Web Services. We are new startup with having headquarter in Ahmedabad. We are introduce the first service to connect the people to share their ride which helps to increase confiratable, secure and low cost rides.

We hire the Kryptoninc firm to fulfill our goal. We would like to develop the mobile application which allows to the users to get connected with each others and share their ride on their own convenient time and towards to their destination. Through this ride sharing user can get comfortable ride and additionally they can save their travel expenses.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking to develop an app and tried searching for development companies and we got so many proposals and then we have shortlisted some of them we have shared our requirements with them and then started the discussion.

After having a brief discussion with this vendor we found they are able to execute our dream concept. They have a deep understanding of our project as they have done something like this before. We have reviewed their past projects and we found their existing satisfied clients.

After that, we have decided to have a personal meeting with them. In that meeting, they have discussed all the factors very nicely and deeply. They have given a proper scope of work and estimation of timeline and deliverables.

We had several meetings to discuss our goals. They have observed all the details very carefully and shared designs accordingly. They have shared all the parts of the project in detail. They have shared modules for each and every part of the project.

After that, they have started development from the fresh. First of all, they have created the wire-frames then applied colors and styles to create the final UI of the application. Then verify the design for the UX part. Then Start with the development of module by module like auth, ride-booking flow, payment and ride history with rate & review.

After that, they did final testing on the Dev environment and Production Environment. Then deploy the final product to live servers. Key Deliverables: Mobile application Technologies used: CSS, HTML, PHP, Node, Native Android and iOS, Mysql, Apache, etc...

Total seven members of the vendor’s team worked with us. were their positions as under: 1 Project manager, 1 Team Leader, 2 Mobile App Developers, 1 Backend Developer, 1 Frontend Developer, 1 QA

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In the project the biggest challenge is identifying the users on a particular location and particular time frame and display to the other user with same location and time frame only. It's a little bit tricky, but Kryptoninc has the expertise to do the same and they do it so well mannered.

The project manager is very supportive. He is having so much professionalism and he always ready to give his valuable inputs during the discussion on the project flow. Which help to make the product very easy to access for all the users. Which impact on my mind with wow feeling, ultimately its give me satisfaction a lot.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Kryptoninc team has a very professional work culture. The company always treats the project as it is their own project. All the team members are always ready to share their thoughts while having a discussion on the project. Which helps to make correct project flow.

They always answer very calmly. If the points was discussed in the meeting but still they have any concern about it or any new suggestion on it, they communicate without any hesitation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I feel always kept one backup Hendy with them and always taking backup before the start new work is the point which need to be improved to avoid any issues.
