I’m the director of E-Tech Solution, a solar installation company.

We needed someone to provide us with social media and digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

JayaCreator helped us improve our social media presence by managing our social media channels and producing videos to acquire more customers.

The platforms they mostly implemented their developed content for were Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

How did you come to work with JayaCreator?

We checked their profile online and decided to hire them because we thought they were the best fit for this project and they had excellent communication skills.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $4,500 AUD (approximately $3,200 USD) on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership ran from December 2021–January 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of JayaCreator’s outputs was good and they always asked for our feedback and ideas that they could apply to the final product — that was a great attitude to have and I really enjoyed working with them.

How did JayaCreator perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very proactive in communicating with us and they delivered their tasks on time and on budget. 

We typically interacted through emails but when it came to urgent matters, we called them through the phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were very impressed with their communication and creativity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to be more transparent with their proposals because they didn’t mention some aspects they were going to implement to the project.
