Work began with creating and setting up Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts. Linked your advertising account to Google Analytics to track results. Next is loading feeds with site products and setting up Google Shopping advertising campaigns. The company monitors advertising results and makes all the necessary recommendations to increase conversions and reduce prices. During the cooperation, the number of conversions increased 5 times.

We made several meetings with several companies providing this service. Reviewed all proposals. ITForce's proposal was the most appealing and we felt that the attitude to work is similar to our's.

Well, they did huge work to optimize SEO for our website. Analysis of: our website usability, keywords, competitors, website content, product pages and much, much more. Then they provided us with a bunch of technical requirements to improve every aspect of on-site situation. In the meanwhile they gave us detailed requirements for off-site content: backlinks.

We agree everything on every stage, if we have questions (we do have!), they explain sufficiently. Every month we receive a report separately for PPC service and separately for SEO service. We do a ZOOM meeting to discuss reports, results and plans to get better results. It is definitely far from all the things they are doing for us!

We started working with them in June 2022. In May 2022 we had 158 visitors on our website. In December 2022 we had 4615 visitors scrolling our online store. We do not want to share any financial results (it is pretty confidential), but thanks to PPC and SEO we are selling for tens of thousands of US dollars every month.

They are great at managing complex work. We use Telegram for communication and Excel for work management. Absolutely no delays from their side.

It is very structural and very detailed work that they do. Almost for every single aspect, there are detailed requirements, clear responsible part and clear view of when it is going to be done.

Also the ITForce team prepared ads and set search and shopping campaigns. After all settings, the team began supporting the Google Ads account within which the following work is performed:checking search queries and updating the list of negative keywords, maintaining and adjusting bids to avoid inappropriate budget spending, working with automatic bidding strategies.
