What challenge were you trying to address with Iqra Technology?

We needed to provide experienced Salesforce and Certinia professionals, including consultants, administrators, and developers, for our client's implementation. Our client required expertise in Certinia PSA, financial accounting, Salesforce, and Conga. Since we didn't have the required in-house resources, we partnered with Iqra Technology.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Iqra Technology provided a dedicated Salesforce and Certinia team, including developers, administrators, and consultants, to support our client's implementation. Their scope of work included Salesforce customization and administration, Certinia PSA and financial accounting implementation, Conga Composer configuration, and custom development based on the client's requirements. One of the key deliverables was an automated invoice generation solution using Conga Composer within Salesforce. Iqra Technology designed dynamic invoice templates, configured merge fields, conditional sections, tables, and calculations, and integrated the solution with Salesforce Flows to automate PDF invoice generation. The team also handled testing, deployment, and ongoing support to ensure the solution met the client's business requirements and reduced manual effort. Iqra Technology also provided end-user training on using Salesforce and the automated invoice generation process. Training covered how to generate invoices using Conga Composer, review generated PDF documents, manage customer and project data, troubleshoot issues, and follow best practices for day-to-day operations. They also provided administrator training on maintaining Conga templates, updating merge fields, managing Salesforce Flows, and supporting Certinia PSA and financial accounting processes. Documentation and knowledge transfer sessions were conducted to ensure the client's team could independently manage and maintain the solution after deployment.

By leveraging Iqra Technology's skilled resources, we were able to deliver a high-quality solution in a cost-effective manner while meeting our client's requirements and project timelines. Invoice generation time was reduced by approximately 70%, manual errors were significantly minimized, and the overall invoicing process became much faster and more efficient. We received positive feedback from both end users and administrators.

Overall, the experience with Iqra Technology was very positive. If there is one area for improvement, it would be to enhance the speed of initial requirement gathering and documentation. A slightly faster kickoff process would make the overall workflow even smoother. That said, once the project was fully aligned, their execution and support were strong and consistent throughout.
