Redesign supply chain processes and optimize them for the new ERP solution. Their work was centered on our pain points; expired or obsolete stock, unnecessary stock counts, long time to search and pass information, lack of delivery planning and fractionation needs, delays in deliveries.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Inzol between three offers. The main factor we found in Inzol was the quality of the presentation of the proposal, the professional team involved, and the adequate cost benefit balance in its commercial proposal

The first thing that was done was a diagnosis and the joint construction of an improvement plan for the next five years. This allowed us to align all areas of the company. Then the plan began to be implemented with the first stage consisting of the digitization of the raw material warehouse. For this, the logistics processes were redefined taking into account the limitations and scope of the new ERP that we were implementing. At the same time, the warehouse layout was redesigned, taking into account the marking of the necessary areas and shelves, as well as the barcode labeling of the items. Along with this, they were advised on the incorporation of barcode readers. Along with this, they were advised on the incorporation of barcode readers. Finally, a 5S training plan was designed, highlighting the importance of eliminating dead stock and informal storage spaces. To this day we continue to execute the plan.

Inzol showed us the hidden costs in our processes and the different alternatives to minimize them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a good understanding between the two teams and despite the pandemic situation, there were many opportunities for videoconferences and other face-to-face personal meetings.

The Inzol team provided friendly and cordial attitude. They quickly understood our processes to provide us with the best solutions

There doesn't seem to be.
