the execution team should be right there while scope finalising as in my case, the team who finalise the scope and costing was different from the execution team and I had to put extra efforts in terms of getting the new team on board about the project deliverables.

Being in the IT industry for more than 10 years, I have seen tremendous growth in the field of cybersecurity. It’s the need of the hour as well. My IT team was after me for quite some time to get our internal security system updated to a high-end one but I couldn’t get the hang of all the latest developments in a simplified way. My ultimate goal was to build and modify the overall set of protocols, ISP, and ultimately improve our cybersecurity program.

I stumbled upon InvoZone’s website a few months ago and checked out their services in detail. They fulfilled the criteria completely so I got in touch with them right away. I would call it a sheer stroke of luck because I took the recommendations from my peers after I decided to go with InvoZone and a handful of them strongly recommended the same. For something like cybersecurity, one has to be very specific in their requirements, so I contacted InvoZone and discussed the services they can offer.

To my surprise; their team was not only aware of all the latest market trends but they also guided me in detail about the options that I should go for. I was also mighty impressed by the wide range of services they offered.

After a couple of meetings with InvoZone’s team; I was clear that this is the company I will be working with to implement the updated cybersecurity model at our end. Since I work in the banking industry, our main concerns were the prevention of phishing attacks, unwanted internal/external network penetration and web/mobile applications security. Much to my delight, we started off with a FREE technical security audit as my IT team was contacted by expert developers from InvoZone to take things further. After the assessment; the overall workflow was briefed to us by the developers and an NDA was signed.

We also got familiar with the latest technologies that they use including data encryption services, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Intrusion Prevention System, Blockchain, Data loss prevention system, Firewalls, AI-based security models and cloud computing etc.

After the mutual discussions and the signing of the NDA; we aligned the requirements in detail. The dedicated team given to me included:

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Well! We ended up revamping our entire data security system with zero incidents of any cybersecurity breach till date. What else can I ask for? InvoZone were competently and entirely in sync with my IT team on all levels, even guiding and training them.  They delivered the project on time, worked as per our schedule since it was a different time zone and ensured seamless implementation of the entire project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I would describe their project management style as highly professional, learned, conflict-free and extremely streamlined. They provided us with everything we needed and more. The tools of communications we used frequently were Zoom, Google and JIRA.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best thing about them out of many was that they were very responsive to new ideas & to explore the finest possibilities to make the entire project run as smoothly as possible. The developer and the penetration testing experts had all the required tools and their work ethics were par excellence.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

InvoZone has got a great team and being an extremely satisfied customer; I would say that they are already delivering the best cybersecurity services out there.

Even tho we are still in a development phase, so far they have created an amazing looking game. I have tested the initial version last week and was blown away. Developers have definitely put so much effort into it. So far very happy.

We worked with 6 of invozone team mates. 2 unreal-engine developers, 3D artist, Blockchain developer, team lead as well as client success manager.

Initial version looking really good. However only need minor changes, but I guess that's part of the development process. We are due to launch end of this week publicly.

I was looking for a reliable company that could help in developing a mobile application for my food/groceries business. Honestly, my only requirement was an easy-to-use app. Because I had gotten an app developed before, it was not at all user-friendly, which impacted the business’ performance a lot.

I had been asking around a lot about a reliable company that could help me in this troublesome situation because I had already spent a lot of my time and money on a wasteful product. A colleague of mine recommended I contact InvoZone and put forward my queries and requirements. After having a detailed discussion, I was sure that my project will be in safe hands if I hire InvoZone’s team.

To develop my application, they began with a major focus on competitor analysis, and market and audience research. After in-depth research, the team builds the wireframe for my app. Wireframe, as was explained to me, is basically a blueprint for an app. It showcases the design as well as the functionality of an app. Then comes the development of the application which includes; coding and layout of the major sections.

After the design was according to what I wanted, they started testing it to make it completely bug-free. After I gave them a heads up to move forward, they deployed the app in the app store. The technologies used were Phoenix-Framework, and Elixir.

They employed the agile approach as their project management style as it is considered the most efficient one. Communication majorly occurred using Zoom, Google Meets, and Slack. Everything is delivered on time as they are constantly in touch with me.
