They were also responsible for app testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Interserve Lab demonstrated excellent project management skills, delivering the app on schedule and effectively communicating progress updates throughout the project. We would like to specially mention Ally - Operating Manager Production for being outstanding throughout the project. Interserve Lab was proactive in addressing our concerns and adapted quickly to our evolving requirements.

While the technical side of the project was flawless, more detailed and simplified documentation or explanations about the app's inner workings would have been beneficial for our non-technical team members, allowing for smoother internal training and handover.
