We hired Intellspark Limited to develop a website to showcase our services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Intellspark Limited designed and developed our website with a chatbox that allowed us to interact with customers in real-time. They also created our Facebook page, where we posted fliers and engaged with our customers. We provided all the information about our company, which Intellspark Limited integrated into the site. Once development was complete and the website launched, Intellspark Limited offered site maintenance services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve measured Intellspark Limited’s success through the number of clients we onboard after they find us through our website or Facebook page. We also track web and Facebook page traffic. 

How did Intellspark Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

Intellspark Limited stuck to our project budget and timeline; we mainly communicated through email. Their team went the extra mile for us, tracking our customer responses and follow-ups. They even handled some customer issues when my team didn’t have the capacity. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with Intellspark Limited’s commitment to our project — they treated our project as if it was their own, not like it was a task for them to complete. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for Intellspark Limited to improve.

I’d advise customers to push Intellspark Limited to deliver as best they can — their team has a lot of potential and technical prowess.

I’m an ICT technician for a training institute. We specialize in technical education such as mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.

We needed a company that could help us build a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Intellspark Limited to design and develop our website from scratch using CSS, Java, PHP, and cPanel. They’re also responsible for maintaining the site and handling its updates.

Aside from that, Intellspark Limited is also in charge of supplying us with various ICT equipment. Whenever we need new equipment, they provide us with guidance to make sure that we get the right equipment for our needs.

We’ve worked with one person from Intellspark Limited.

How did you come to work with Intellspark Limited?

We gathered the profiles of different companies that we thought would fit our needs for this project. We then did our due diligence of researching those companies and verifying the services they claim to provide.

We ultimately went with Intellspark Limited because they were very responsive and timely in providing us with the information that we needed. That was how we knew they would be the best fit for us.

We’ve spent around 1,200,000 KES (Approximately $10,500 USD) on the computers that they’ve supplied us.

We started working together in January 2016, and the engagement is ongoing.

Intellspark Limited has performed well in terms of project management. They’ve delivered everything on time and according to our specifications.

We primarily communicate through email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m really impressed with how personable and professional the Intellspark Limited team is. They seem to have good relationships with everyone they work with, and we’ve never had any problems with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Intellspark Limited relies on other sources for certain products, so we still have to account for shipment and delivery time whenever we need new equipment or products.

Make sure to document everything properly and thoroughly.
