I’m an executive at The Soil Guys, a regenerative soil diagnostics and consulting company. We use biological testing and microscopy to help farmers and landowners restore soil health.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Innoteer to accomplish for The Soil Guys?

We wanted to build our brand the right way from the start, and that meant getting it right the first time — not cutting corners. Innoteer felt like the right partner for that.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Innoteer has helped us with brand design and backend website development. The scope of work has included full brand design (logo suite and brand guide) and backend website development on WooCommerce and Square. The deliverables have been complete logo files, a brand style guide, and a fully built-out website backend supporting our e-commerce and payment processing.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Innoteer.

How did you come to work with Innoteer?

Someone referred Innoteer to me. I chose them because they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Innoteer in January 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest measurable outcome has been the success of the brand design itself — the feedback has been amazing. It’s simple, but it sends exactly the message we want to send. The site is fully functional, and the Innoteer team has truly captured our vision for it. Overall, it’s been an amazing experience working with Innoteer. Chandani (Founder) and her team are extremely responsive, make themselves available whenever needed, and are always willing to learn.

How did Innoteer perform from a project management standpoint?

Innoteer has performed well in this arena. Deliveries have been within timelines. As with any new company, early on, we were still evolving and figuring things out, which created uncertainty. Innoteer has been able to navigate this professionally and still meet major timeline milestones.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

The personal touch of Innoteer has been impressive. If I need something, no matter what time of day or night, they’re responsive and quick to help resolve any issues. One time, I found an error on the site, sent an email, and they corrected it almost immediately.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The biggest challenge with this project has been relaying our company vision to the developers in a way that makes it very clear what we’re trying to accomplish. Innoteer has handled this very well and has been flexible with us for minor deviations from the original agreed-upon plan.

Excellent project management. We build for quality over speed, but the speed of functionality development is excellent.

All members act as co-founders. They do not just accomplish the task they consider and look ahead to the intent of the task and the bigger picture of second and third order effects.
