I’m the CEO of Growmore Tech of a consumer new info tech company.

We hire Infyum studio for Branding and Logo design for our new tech startup company

How did you select Infyum Studio?

Someone referred Infyum to me through word of mouth. We got on a call, and they explained their services and processes. We found them to be entrepreneurial, someone who would listen to our problem and come back with a solution, so we chose to work with them.

We start the work first with Requirements, I got a call for asking about requirements. and Finally, I got my Logo and other branding materials.

A total of five people work on my branding project from Infyum. thank you - Project manager - Sals team - Quality assurence - Two Designers

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I got a Wonderfull version of my Logo. the team is really Creative and Talented. They always ask me for references to match our vision

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The team is using ClickUp for Project management. and It's really easy to understand. for communication team is using Slack and call. I love that way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

the way of communication on call is very amazing. I really appreciate it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, All good as my Experience.

A website was needed to kickstart the digital presence of our client. The eCommerce website was designed by Infyum, so we could start the content marketing and sending traffic to clients' website to boost sales and generate leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We choose Infyum because of their professionalism, their dedication to customer service and their excellent designs.

The communication stage was finding out what was initially required.

• The consultation stage: Looking at what was needed to achieve goals
• The action stage: purchasing the domain and designing the layout of the website
• The approval stage: working together to make any adjustments to the layout Uploading all the content Feeding back the website and its functions.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, I worked with 2 other people. Including the web and graphics designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is user-friendly and has a clean interface. Positive feedback has been received from all parties involved.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We received frequent updates, communications and Shared Google links when required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they always asked questions when it was not clear or there was a better way of achieving the goal.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, believe it or not. Nothing at all. I was really impressed with the speed they completed it.
