For what projects/services did your company hire Infostork Technolabs, and what were your goals?

We are taking one of our Apps for Business Central and Infostork are putting the code into F&O.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were made aware of Infostork through the Microsoft partner channels. It was their multiskilled team and competitive pricing.

We jointly scoped out the necessary work and have had weekly calls to go over the work done each week, with separate calls where needed to go through requirements at a more detailed level. The technology is all based on F&O from Microsoft.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Three people. One person leading the project and two F&O developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app is nearing completion. It is complex in its requirements so we have broken the outcomes down into deliverable phases.

All on Teams including communication and meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are committed to the projects and go above and beyond when required.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Until the project is finished I won't be 100% sure, but as of now, they are doing a very good job.

Our technology standardises, automates, and accelerates key Dynamics 365 project processes, increasing workforce efficiency and productivity, and reducing the time, costs and risks that are associated with the traditional Dynamics 365 project approach.

We have developed a complex software solution, which combines a number of advanced, innovative technologies together seamlessly, and like most modern SaaS offerings, it is continually evolving in an agile way. With a need to accelerate our product development roadmap and a finite amount of internal resource, we engaged the services of Infostork.

We were hugely impressed with the breadth and depth of their technical capabilities. It's rare to find developers who can understand and bring technologies together.
