We’re a boutique systems integrator, handing all-purpose management and general technology consulting. I’m the founder and managing partner.

We met on a freelancer website. After interviewing a few companies, they seemed to have a command in the skills we were looking for. That expertise and comfort convinced us to hired them.

We’ve been working together since about 2008.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we work together, I can count on tasks being done on time and at the quality we’re looking for. It’s been very easy to communicate and collaborate with them as well over the course of our relationship.

Communication has been easy and clear through their project manager. If I give them a task, they’re quick to jump into it.

Our communication is top-notch, and their technical expertise is impressive. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide them with clearly defined tasks to make sure that you’re both aligned on the scope of the work. They may be eager to take more aspects of a project than necessary, but that won’t be an issue as long as communication is strong.

You can always ask for faster or cheaper, but at some point it isn't reasonable.
