I’m the CEO of a car rental company. We rent cars all over Europe.

What challenges were you trying to address with Inflowsoft?

We needed help with developing an application for car management.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inflowsoft helped us develop our car management app for Android, iOS, and desktop. This app allows us to track if the car is in good condition to figure out when to sell it. Additionally, it helps us track where our rental cars are and how they are being driven, among other things. This app also has features for companies and clients. For example, it allows them to download invoices, upload their information, make and change reservations, and more.

What was the team composition? 

I worked directly with one person from Inflowsoft.

How did you come to work with Inflowsoft?

We’re based in the same city as they are. We originally met them when they rented a car from us.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around 250,000 Zloty (approximately $56,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together at the beginning of 2021, and we completed the project in May 2022. Although our project is now finished, we’re planning to work with them again to add more features to our app.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our customers are very happy with the app developed by Inflowsoft because it provides them with a simple way to book and confirm their reservations.

How did Inflowsoft perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated using phone calls and emails. Inflowsoft also set up a ticketing system, but we didn’t use it because it was new to us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Inflowsoft’s speed of work and communication was impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really. Although we experienced minor setbacks initially, none of them were of importance.
