The outcome of the project is still underway we are still developing the project

The features in the website it can be done better such as the inbox, groups events, but we decided to do that in the next working stage.

The project is to create customized software which later will be used for design mentorship and community. Including many features such as classroom, pipeline, community post, personal chat, and calendar for each class.

The team who work with us are Aastha the Sr. Business Development Manager, Jatin as the Technical Lead, the whole development, and design team.

We measure the development of the software project through a pdf file and PPT of things that must be done on each timeline (we call it stage), and each timeline has its deadline. This way will measure how many things done, how well it done, how in time it is delivered.

The communication tools used are slack and zoom. We communicate daily through slack and host a zoom meeting once in a while to discuss. Each stage deadline is 30 days. We expected the listed things on pdf done within 30 days. This already discuss first before the beginning of every stage.

Their communication attentiveness. It's never hard to reach them, and they always respond quickly to chats.

Keep on the hard work and the quality of the software.

We're a high-end clothing alterations company catering primarily to brides and members of wedding parties. I'm the operations manager.

We needed a clock-in/out feature meeting a variety of specifications which was integrated into our custom software utilized in our business. We hired IIH Global to build this feature as well as build future feature updates.

They designed and developed a robust clock-in/out feature for our custom software which met our specifications. This was done in Zoho Creator's low-code environment. After the initial delivery of the feature requirements, a dedicated developer was assigned to our company who built the update over a 3 months, with meetings held every 2-3 weeks to check progress and make adjustments.

Two people from the vendor's team worked directly. That was the Sr. Business Development Manager/Project Manager, and the software developer assigned to us.

The solution cut billable employee hours by ~10% for non-salaried employees. The quality of the feature is exceptional, and hasn't posed any bug issues since it's implementation about 2 months ago.

We communicated primarily with the Project Manager via slack. Communication was very prompt and timely.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What was most impressive about this company was their dedication to working with us and meeting our needs. They also met and exceeded our expectations on the overall quality of the update.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While quality was great, we expected that the overall development speed to be faster. Development took 3 months when we needed the project completed in 2-4 weeks. To their credit, they had never worked with our specific low-code platform before, and our company had always used an in-house developer, and was the first time hiring a dedicated development firm. It was a learning curve on every side. I expect that they would work quicker on future Zoho Creator projects.

Given the relationship is ongoing the outcomes are continuous. The standard is absolutely exceptional. They over-deliver on every occasion. We are raving fans of this firm! They continue to impress us on every assignment, from small tweaks to our website to larger changes, design, understanding, attention to detail, following our brief, etc.

Emails and phone calls are responded to with great speed. Absolutely no breakdown in communication. Workflow is smooth and hassle-free. They know what they are doing so we just let them get on with it. It's like having your own in-house IT Dept.
