For what projects/services did your company hire Ignite Marketing Group, and what were your goals?

Our website was created years ago and we got to the point where it was outdated and needed a refresh. Brock was excellent on catering to our needs and wants. We were able to work side by side and fix everything the way we wanted it. Awesome communication and fast working on corrections.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for web developers but now answered our questions the way that ignite did. It was a no Brainerd choosing them.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss our concerns and ideas of what we thought it should look like. From there we had a completely new design for our website. All of our content was updated over a video meeting. From there we tweeked some things and shot out ideas where the team was able to do the changes so we could see what it would look like. Once we were both happy with it the team when and fine tuned everything and launched the site. We are able to update content weekly and its done in minutes and site is refreshed.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was my main point of contact. There were also a team of developers in the background to help get everything done quickly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website we saw almost 300% more traffic within weeks. Would not suggest anyone else then this team of geniuses.

We had daily interactions and updates from the project manager until we were done. Communication was great and follow ups were punctual.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave nothing the biggest level of professionalism during the whole process. No matter if my idea was wrong they completed my idea and then suggested what we ended up going with at the end. Knowledge, communication and speed is there top 3 attributes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched we had minor issues but everything was fixed as soon as it was found and I would say we are running at 100%.
