We are an education based startup currently in our basic planning steps. I am co-founder of the startup.

For what projects/services did your company hire iDreams Technologies?
We wanted an Android application to execute all the coaching based program in one platform. We already have our planning and idreams helped in the IT sectorial execution.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted a full proof application which is best in design, simple yet satisfying and a proper backend support.

How did you select this vendor?
Gone through many companies for our need and idreams portfolio suits our requirements. We have multiple conversation regarding this beforehand giving them the project and yes they cleared all our backend related doubts. So yes completely satisfied with the proposal.

After having a conversation with my team , we arranged a Skype conversation with idreams marketing head. We discussed our basic planning and they suggested some more in it.
We checked their portfolio and confirms with some fellow members whom they delivered their work. Then we finalize them, as we wanted an Android application for our education based startup they provided us some UI/UX design that completely suits us. And then we finalize them
What was the team composition?
Idreams team is completely professional. They have many employees including marketing team. We wanted 2 backend developer should be reserved for our work and their graphic team is very strong to execute separately.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
So after 2 months of hardwork they delivered the application and promised us initial marketing. No doubt the application doing well now. They provided us with some campaign for download and we generated some good customer based from them.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
My team is small one and they have complete work force with them. Whenever you call them for a support they always give a solution. They have customer care executive who solve and connect with people.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Obviously the work they delivered was way too much impressive. From the UI to the backend, everything was just perfect. Punctuality and transparency define them.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We are satisfied with the work. There is no such complaint from us that need to be improved. No doubt they also cooperate us in every manner.
