The project started with a two week strategy sprint to develop our idea for the product, into a platform with a clear identity and value proposition. 

Once the idea for the platform (Gaido) was conceived, we conducted a competitive analysis, set of user interviews, created a low tech prototype, and lastly conducted usability tests over the course of a few weeks to better understand the industry landscape and what travelers want.

With the results from these tests, we honed the idea further and developed a GTM strategy and ideation for the MVP. We then engaged in design work over the next few months and mapped out the application and its initial prodcut features.

Lastly, was the development stage which lasted around 2 months. Through this time period, we have tested the product features we created and prepared for a soft launch, and a full release of the MVP (slated for July 2024). This included collaborating on product testing, bug fixes, and ideating on future product features.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product has yet to launch, however we have been able to create a powerful product that will fully release in the next month.

Our website was completely redesigned as part of the project, with fresh visuals, current information, and enhanced functionality. In order to facilitate our team's management of the website, Icore Singapore additionally deployed a new CMS platform. A mobile-responsive design, a smooth checkout procedure, and a contemporary, user-friendly website with enhanced search capabilities were among the main objectives.

Fixing our integration with a continuous integration platform that had somehow broken away from our git repository and the cpanel version control was part of the initial scope of work. Icore Singapore and the team were able to determine what was causing the connection and implement a change to the workflow that allowed us to continue developing and updating our website after providing all login credentials and resources required to resolve the problem.

We brought on icore singapore to be our digital AOR, helping in a myriad of ways, but can be condensed to three main areas:

1. SEO - Acuren's website was (is) in dire need of SEO optimization. Our package with icore singapore includes several optimizations each month, and the team works on them proactively and in the background. They are also available for any one-off projects, any questions, or any strategy talk.
2. Paid Media - We utlizeicore singapore primarily for PPC, but they also do display and social for us as well. Our PPC metrics have only improved MoM since bringing them on board.
3. Website development/optimization - We have an in-house web manager who is capable of development, but we have utlized icore singapore for more in-depth projects, such as redesigning our main navigation and homepage.

Our main goal for FY 2024 is to increase our leads 25% YoY.
