We wanted to work with a company that can deliver what was promised. That said, our project objective was to build a landing page with proper structure and within a timely manner.

We had worked with IBL before and have not faced any issues in the past.

We wanted to build a landing page. We chose Wordpress and AWS as our go to’s. We’ve chosen Wordpress due to the fact that we didn’t want to build our own admin Dash from scratch.

What went wrong with the project?

Disappointing. -

• Inexperienced team and lack of leadership form Jatin
• -Our credibility and reputation has been negatively affected ,apps failed since the beginning, App Store and Google Play reflect the quality of their services
• -Database was compromised twice as they failed to restrict public access to the Database so basically anyone had access to our data until we hired another company to implement security measures
• -Loss of data as due to failure of database Backups -Nearly 2 years to deliver app which was supposed to be finished in 1-2 months -Poor communication skills and experience,we had to explain several times so they can understand -Deliver apps that don’t have Auto-Updates We switched to new Devs and they are saying we need to rebuild everything if we want to repair the damage our company took after releasing the software created by Jatin and his company resulting in additional 20000 to fix our reputation.

What went wrong in the project management?

-Jatin and his team were rude&disrespectful blaming us for their inability and lack of professionalism -Reported issues & bugs took 2-3 months to be fixed ,to this date apps still has same issues -Created app in Cross Platform without explaining the limitation of their choice leading to an App we paid 20K and cannot use because doesn’t have the basic things to operate - They failed to delegate, manage, and deliver a solution for our needs,we have to operate via WhatsApp instead of the apps
