The website was built from scratch; we did the original design and layout. The site has a user interface with a lot of different functions. There are backend areas that work on how it’s displayed on the frontend. It has an admin system as well.

Their team has also given us suggestions, unique designs, and layouts based on the mechanism that we requested. We plan to collaborate with them on SEO, especially with the keyword research process, and other future development efforts.

There is obviously a process, and I go through the details of what they have done. If anything is presented on the platform, I will just go back through it and go through minor details and adjustments. That being said, everything that we’ve discussed is always corrected and delivered in a high-quality and accurate manner.

They are very good when it comes to meeting deadlines. They give an estimate for the budget with a little bit of wiggle room. Overall, they’re pretty accurate when it comes to their quotes and timelines. We use Slack for communication, and I sometimes contact them through email or phone.

Their cost-to-quality ratio is really good, and they are good with communication. Moreover, they always know what they are doing and correct anything that needs to be corrected.

The scope of the project primarily focused on 5 key features, the ability to: create user accounts, manage teams, log chiller data, store data on a cloud database, and provide visual analysis of collected data. Ibl InfoTech developed both the Android and iOS versions in parallel.

Apart from a detailed onboarding experience, the main focus was on security. Thanks to their prior experience, Ibl InfoTech knew which data analysis tools needed to be implemented to keep user information and the entire community safe, and we began working on eliminating scammers during the verification process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Ibl InfoTech team was able to achieve an identical version of many of the iOS core features using a completely different language and OS environment. They helped us successfully launch the app. The screen sharing functionality works consistently, this was difficult to accomplish. Further, the app itself has won a number of industry rewards and received excellent feedback from users.

Communicating everything clearly, with zero delays, is something we found incredibly valuable. From design aspects to the next steps in development, we always felt that our input was heard and taken into consideration.

We met on freelancer and I picked them as I saw the good work they do, as I had a few past projects, every one of them wasn't complete or even went to live due to unskilled developers. With IBL I did manage to make the website live and even really good than I was thinking it will be, with good developers and a good management team.

They manage to develop this from zero, no WordPress involved or any built-in cms, all from zero with pure and good code.
