How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had personal discussion with their experienced senior team member abd they proposed us very clear and required solution for our problem

We need to manage the real time data of our clients on cloud server. We are maintaining their history as we are offering Battery as Services (BAAS) hence at every moment we need to grap the client moment, battery health information etc and storing on server.
