I am a restaurant owner and currently running two e-commerce websites to sell and deliver dishes, fruits and vegetables.

We hired Himflax to develop our two e-commerce websites to take our business online. Our goal was to setup the website successfully so that we can serve food at home in the pandemic.

Initially Robin from himflax approached me to pitch his services , himflax is a startup but the team is experienced. Deciding factors was the understanding of e-commerce websites and the knowledge.

As I am not much technical, but my website was designed from starting. Website should accept orders ( it is accepting) , good graphics, coupon codes, training of backed. Website was developed on wordpress.

There were three main members from himflax who worked on my website.

After the launch of website my business came back on track. Website enabled us to accept orders . Our revenue is increasing now.

Project management style was quite good , they used a tool in which I was able to see the live work on developer and the progress. They delivered the website within the proposed timeline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most impressive thing I found was the communication, good suggestions as per my budget and requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As of now no but yes to increase more traffic I am hiring himflax again to do SEO.

HimFlax was hired to develop our E-Commerce store from the ground up. Our goals were to launch our site in a 3 month time period.

HimFlax was very detailed on what we needed and assured us they were capable of completing the project in the time frame requested. They gave very detailed orientation of their company and capabilities. They were very transparent about their business.

HimFlax developed our website using WooCommerce and other programs to ensure the development meet our expectations. We meet with team at HimFlax on a weekly basis to ensure everything was working properly and that the website was functioning properly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launch of the website there were a few issues that we addressed with in minuets. Our website launched on time, and is currently receiving orders.

We met weekly via Google Meets and discussed the progression of the website and addresses any issues we might have. We incorporated Tax jar and Strip Payments and the add on items are working as they should

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very knowledgeable of our needs and ensured us the completed project would meet our needs. They far exceeded our expectations and would recommend HimFlax to anyone looking to build a website or re-vamp their existing website

Are there any areas for improvement?

I do not believe so. They were very detailed and professional at all times.
