We wanted an updated, engaging website that would stand out in terms of format and help us adapt to COVID-19 pandemic conditions, which had eliminated all enrollments in physical activities for a time.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hi-Tech Paradigm Solutions Inc. has built our WordPress website from scratch. I gave them a list of features that we wanted, such as a shop section, interactive features, and ease of use in finding locations. We also wanted a photo gallery, a description, and links to our social media accounts. Hi-Tech Paradigm Solutions Inc. is now helping us maintain the website, and they’ve shown me how to change the text displayed on the site.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Hi-Tech Paradigm Solutions Inc. in November 2020. The website design was finished by March 2021, and they’ve provided maintenance since. Because we are nonprofit, they gave us a discounted rate in exchange for a flexible project timeline.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The site is very visually appealing, and we’ve received a lot of good feedback. I like how interactive and different it is, and I like the colors that they chose. I’m very pleased with the result.

A lot of information is located on our website now, so people only have to call us if they have additional questions. The contact form works fantastically well, which has made it much easier for us to collect a list of people who are interested in or attending events.

How did Hi-Tech Paradigm Solutions Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They are fantastic. Whenever something comes up, Hi-Tech Paradigm Solutions Inc. is always there. If anything, I feel like I might have delayed their work because I kept them waiting on some pictures during the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their creativity has impressed me. They came up with the entire design on their own. I just gave them our logo and some pictures, told them what our dance academy does, and gave them a little bit of our history. I’m grateful that they gave us a discount on their rate, as the COVID-19 pandemic meant that our resources were limited.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’ve had no concerns to address with Hi-Tech Paradigm Solutions Inc.

Trust their creativity. If you have a concrete idea of what you want, that’s great. But if not, let Hi-Tech Paradigm Solutions Inc. take the lead.

We had certain issues that needed looling after, and the vendor was in the right place at the right time.

Website functions as promised. Vendor is very good at responding to suggested changes and maintaining site.

Excellent.

Their quick turnaround, willingness to makes changes to work, helpful suggestions, and accommodating to our needs.

None. It was not an overly complicated project but one done very competently.

Our clinic needed a website and also an appointment booking system to allow our clients book appointment via a mobile app and website.

We received a recommendation from one of the clients.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was delivered within the negotiated budget and timeline. That was a fixed price contract.

All the planning activities were vey well-planned and facilitated. We always knew what to expect and, more importantly, when we wanted them. Communication was excellent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication and project management. They also have a great graphic designer who created a great interface for our appointment application.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Cannot think of anything critical at all, honestly.
