For what projects/services did your company hire HawksCode, and what were your goals?

We hired Hawkscode for numerous project over the last 7 years in web development work , software creation, and some IT configurations. The main goal was to acquire new customers to purchase our products and increase customer engagement via our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We search for numerous developers that can complete various task but having issues finding one that meant our requirement until we hired Hawkscode and we never looked for another developer. He meant all our requirements and provide fast delivery service.

We had to add codes in our website base on what we needed in order to track traffic source conversions, we had to create a blog site, landing page , and product page. We even had HawksCode create a remarketing software to track the IPS of each visitors so we can later remarket to them.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was the main point of contact. I worked with Sunil directly for all my projects.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching various of product website we saw our yearly revenue increase by 43%. Our sale funnel was in top notch performance.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We usually communicate via Skype and I let him know all I needed in details. That was our main source of communication and he’ll let me know when it be done which was normally done within 48 hours or less.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They get complicated tasks done and understand the company's main goal and vision. I was impress with the time management b/c they understood time is money.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don’t have any area improvement b/c I’m very satisfied with the work they provided my company over the years.
