I'm the COO of CostCertified Inc. CostCertified is a tech start up. We have created a dynamic and interactive estimating software for the residential construction industry.

For what projects/services did your company hire Happy Agencies, and what were your goals?

We were struggling with our Cost of Acquisition and general effectiveness of our digital marketing and SEO. We were also struggling to track the effectiveness of our digital marketing through Hubspot.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Happy Agencies through up-work to assist with landing pages and Facebook campaign management. Ariel and Nadia did such a great job we decided to bring them on a monthly contract to become a big part of our marketing team.

Happy Agencies started with designing and managing landing pages and facebooks adds. They then identified a weakness in our revenue attribution and fixed our hubspot tracking so we now have 3 touch tracking for all of our marketing. Now that we can accurately track all of our marketing Happy Agencies is now taking over our SEO.

Happy agencies has allowed us to cut our marketing budget by 70% while maintaining similar results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our marketing manager has daily calls with Nadia from Happy Agencies. I feel like they are an internal team with a seamless workflow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a one stop shop for all thing digital marketing with excellent customer service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing I would change is bringing them on a contract sooner.
