I'm the managing director at NanoMatriX Technologies Limited. We provide solutions for cooperation and governance related to document verification and consumer management.

What challenge were you trying to address with GTP SOFTWARES LLP?

We needed additional software packages for our platform to display AR. Our challenge was that the model had to load quickly and adapt to different sizes.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked with GTP SOFTWARES LLP on two projects. One was the development of realistic AR models, and the second was the development of a secure streaming method to display the AR models on e-commerce platforms.

We started with the project scope; we wrote it and then discussed what we needed to develop with GTP SOFTWARES LLP. Then, they came back to us with questions.

They used the images we provided, converted them into AR models, and delivered them in a suitable file format. They also had to develop a streaming method to capture the product from our server and display it on e-commerce platforms. GTP SOFTWARES LLP used React Native and delivered GLB files so we could use them for AR.

Additionally, they assisted us with some software packages for streaming and machine learning.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

As a software project, GTP SOFTWARES LLP needed to meet the criteria we set in the scope of work, and we confirmed the quality of their deliverables. Moreover, GTP SOFTWARES LLP’s team was friendly, competent, and helpful in getting the job done. They showed us the model was streaming, and when we commented on anything that needed fixing, they addressed it quickly and easily.

Project management was excellent; the team delivered on time. We communicated through Trello, phone calls, emails, and Microsoft Teams.

Our website was created a few years ago and Life.io was in need of a major overhaul. We needed a brand new site built on wordpress so our internal team can manage updates. We hired GTP Softwares LLP to build our website and launch before conference season began.

One of the main reasons we fired GTP Softwares was due to their cost and providing us the quickest turn around time compared to the other vendors we were looking at.

We had a kick-off meeting with GTP's team members and from there we were able to outline goals, milestones, and key deliverables. Wordpress was to be used as the main hub for the website and our CMS (Hubspot) was to be used for all form submissions. Our in-house designers mocked up the look and feel of the website and GTP took those designs and produced an amazing website in three weeks.

I worked with three individuals primarily. Sachin who is the CEO of GTP, AJ a senior web developmer and Bhushan who was in charge of SEO and google PPC ads.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website and implementing SEO/PPC Ads we saw a 50% increase in traffic since September 2020. We also increased othe amount of inbound leads by 18%.

We used slack primarily for communication as well as google meet. We spoke every day on what was completed, what is currently being worked on and if there were any concerns with timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided us an amazing site that was completed in three weeks! Their team is incredibly knowledgeable!

There were some minor bugs with the website, but they were fixed immediately.

I knew Sachin and GTP from the past and had worked with them on building couple of solutions from my previous organizations. They had always exceeded the expectations in terms of timely quality delivery of the project.

The platform is an ongoing project. The project was designed in a manner to cater to ever-evolving end-user customer needs. The technologies used is Node JS .

Since developing the solution, the traffic increased by more than 100% in the first three months and more than 1000 retailers got on board. The performance of the website was 2x efficient than the previous built in-house solution

We had semi-weekly calls to monitor the project. For project management, we used Rally and later Trello.

The dedication, commitment to delivery, and out of the box thinking is something which I liked the most

I had a reference from a former colleague who had great things to say about GTP and Sachin.

I spoke with them a few times and decided to initially give them a small project. This then turned into several larger project that have been successful.

They have designed and developed projects using c#, reactjs, flutter, AWS, firebase, twilio sdk, google maps, outlook integration.

Three main people. Sachin, Viren & Sanjeev. Sachin is more on the business side, Viren is a technical PM and Sanjeev is an exceptional technologist with a wide range skills.

GTP certainly meets expectations as well as surpasses in many facets. They help give input and viable options to projects.

The PM style has been great. Viren is always available and has been there through every step. We mainly communicate through Slack and also video-chats a couple times a week.

The new website has been a huge success, out SEO rankings have actually improved drastically and customers have given great feedback about the design of the website.

Good communication using WhatsApp messaging services and Skype for video calls, they are good at working to a tight schedule and will make sure the project gets done on time.

Excellent customer service, very flexible in terms of making adjustments to satisfy the customer

Their English language wasn’t the best and they could improve this, sometimes it was hard to understand what they were saying.
