For what projects/services did your company hire Growthpad digital consulting?

We hired Growthpad to run a three months Google AdWords campaign.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to increase traffic to our website during our main student recruitment season.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We selected this vendor though a search of companies in Nairobi that specialize in this area.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We gave a set of parameters for the campaign we wanted to launch and they managed everything for us. They sent reports at the end of each month and we adjusted the parameters of the campaign as needed.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with two of their team members.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website traffic did increase during the campaign. We are still processing the data to see how this increased traffic translated into new student applications, which was the overall goal.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was very easy to work with and communicated regularly with us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very effective, efficient, professional, and communicate regularly. We wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again for future projects.

How did you select this vendor?

By referral. We had also worked with them on another project before.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

The animated video was meant for advertising, social media and website. We used the video to create awareness only and during client pitches. The process was smooth firstly we had a meeting with a representative from growth pad where we pitched our idea to him. Then Growthpad developed a script which was later revised and approved. Then they created a storyboard which was also reviewed and approved.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Since it was an animation, they did everything including scripting, illustrations and voice over.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched our fleet management campaign in November and within three months we had 1000 units sold across the country.

Very effective. The team was extremely keen to details and provided timely feedback when needed.

Their creativity. Is on the highest level when it comes to animations.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not everything can be done faster but we were satisfied with their delivery time and quality work.
