The project involved planning and executing the complete IT transition to our new office building. This included recommending an internet and fiber provider, coordinating the network installation, designing and setting up two new IT rooms, relocating existing IT equipment and infrastructure, configuring workstations and user devices, assisting with network and hardware deployment, and ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations. The team also provided ongoing technical support throughout the move, helping us get our new office fully operational.

Employees plugged in and were operational immediately upon move-in, with zero break/fix issues resulting from the network setup.

The project was completed on time, finishing within the 30-day timeline from April 7 to May 7, 2026.

The new office was fully network-ready prior to move-in, supporting 50 to 75 users in a turnkey state.
