Our aim was to align our website with the latest trends and improve the website's UX, automate the collection of customer data, and streamline the payment process for his clients. 

The FP team developed 3 plug-ins for my custom requirement, the first being a copymatic plugin, similar to ChatGPT, that gives suggestions on prompts entered. This is currently used on my website and has helped to improve customer experience; second being a WhatsApp plugin to automate the collection of customer data. This plug-in collects basic details like name, number, and other related information from customers and sends it in bulk to an Excel sheet. And third is a payment plug-in that enables customers to click on a URL and pay their bills for gas, electricity, phone, and other services.

• The scope of work was extensive and detailed, and FP was able to deliver high-quality custom plugins that met my specific needs and requirements. Communication, product development, honesty, are their success factors.

I would give them high marks for project management. The project was complex from the start but the team never stepped back and always led from the front. The team has been an exceptional partner, consistently providing prompt and precise updates and reports. They have met all of our requirements and delivered the project on schedule.
