I am the Project Manager. We operate from 5 states in USA.

Our company opted for the service from Fulfillment IQ to scale our warehousing operations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our company has searched IT consultants online and found some best companies, from which they have narrowed it down to 3. After having 1-on-1 discussion with all we have decided to chose the service from Fulfillment IQ.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project was to get information on how to open new warehouse in new states within the USA and what software to be implemented for the operation. The project has multiple phases, such as:

1. Strategy
2. Planning
3. Execution
4. Implementation
5. Go live

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their CEO was our direct contact, who was also incharge of making all the IT related decisions. Apart from that their were 3 developers and 2 operation specialist involved.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to open 2 addition warehouse within USA and implemented a WMS software, which has helped increase our warehouse operations efficiency by 70%. We had full visibility of orders, inventory, and status.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Most of the tasks were completed on time, the one which were not was due to extra time for testing. We mostly communicated via Microsoft teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Fulfillment IQ scheduled the discovery call to understand the overall business requirements. That gave them enough understanding on what's required and what not. This allowed them to provide applicable software's/tools to be used within our warehouses.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have trained our warehouse staff on how the full process works.
