First and foremost the free website team adhered to a structured project timeline with clearly defined milestones. While deliverables were submitted on time, there were occasional delays due to unforeseen technical challenges which were communicated proactively, and adjustments were made to ensure minimal impact on the project’s overall timeline.

Secondly they were highly responsive to feedback and requests. They maintained an open line of communication through regular updates and meetings. 

Finally their attention to detail and client-first approach fostered a positive working relationship. The end product met all quality expectations and functioned as intended.

Product was delivered promptly, never more than 2 - 3 days layover in response at any given moment. Their response was on point, even adding in tutorials and screenshots where I needed them -HIGHLY appreciated. Clear, concise and punctual.

How they don't prioritise money/Hire over the customers needs.. They're actually human on the other end of the screen.

Perhaps a more detailed rundown of how to edit things yourself, during the handover. But, This can also be found on many online tutorials for the given websites used and they are after all, working for free.

Sven and his team did a great job at providing constant communication about the process and making sure I did my projects in a timely manner. Even though I have some knowledge of using WordPress, it's still never my favorite thing to create from scratch so it was great having someone else do it for me! I am looking to expand my ecommerce business so getting the correct plug-ins incorporated was essential. I'm referring The Free Website Guys to anyone who wants to start a business but has no idea where to start. Thanks, all!

When I had questions or concerns, they were addressed quickly. If you're someone who needs hand-holding the entire time, it might not be for you. A lot of the process is DIY (but with a lot of documents and videos as guides).

TheFreewebsiteguys are incredible communicators. I was selected and grateful for all of the work that went into my website. From the moment they contacted me until the day they finished they made sure I understood the process. Let me tell you what an awesome process it is.  My advice to a newby like me who had no idea you will be ok, they guide you through it all! I have nothing but appreciation for communication when it's done like they do. 

I highly recommend them. You have to be patient and ask questions. Every step of the process is explained in daily emails. Sven is awesome. Thank you guy my heart is so appreciative I could not have gotten the level of expertise on my own. I have gotten burned and was cautious but you guys made me feel important and what I wanted was as much a concern as me.  

My website is awesome, seletion of the parts that I wanted they allowed me to make all the decisions with there guidence. In todays climate it's really hard to find true and honest folk that want to help you especially when starting a business. I am Truly grateful. Thanks again

My awesome website with all of the apps that will take me into the future and allow me to be successful at what I do. The layout, the colors and style are my uniqueness. The communication with Sven was amazing every week he contacted me on every step of the process.
