Our business' goal was to create an extra income and create a medium that we can provide individuals that our mastering their own craft. We needed a space to set that'll provide a showcase for our products, services, and especially individual crafters from dance, designing, to music, etc.

We had one main contact, Sven. It wasn't specified how many people were helping our project, but every step going towards the completion of the website was done professional and on a timely manner. From the instructions and videos we watched for all the details the FreeWebsiteGuys completed, I can say about 3 developers were helping.

We've just got our okay with finishing up the website. Its still under constructions from our shop's side. But the presentation of the website presented has been everything we've asked to create.

Near perfect. The communication was timely, outlined, and informative. Very effective use of email and video sharing. Minimal confusion from the team's end.

From there on I was in contact with Sven, a really helpful and personable chap who went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and that we were both on the same page. His response times were very fast sometimes just 10 – 15 minutes which much faster than expected and as a result my website was done with in a fortnight. I can’t recommend them enough as the service was fantastic and super efficient. There was no technical jargon, it was all very straight forward and easy to follow which was fantastic as I’m practically computer illiterate. 11/10 rating and a huge thumbs.

I made several changes on my own, and then we launched.

The deciding factor was cost to be honest, but I don't think any other company would have delivered anything better for less than a thousand times what I spend with them.

We communicate every other day, and sometimes everyday. The communication is always very direct and clear, and that's key to the success and speed of the project. Doing step by step, we took barely a month to do everything from 0 to 100.
