What impressed me most about The Free Website Guys was their speed and professionalism. Despite the many projects they are working on simultaneously, they delivered an awesome website that captures the essence of my champagne bar. They were always receptive to feedback, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

Sometimes being able to talk tings through live are a benefit and since all is done via email or video clips that interaction is lost and missing sometimes but by no means a deal breaker and not having to manage call or video meetings does ensure that the process is fast and seamless.

They were very flexible to work at my pace. I had to learn, subscribe and design, eg logo, as part of the process and they never pushed or rushed me, they always asked if I needed help and gave it as needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When approached by the Free Website Guys it was at a time I was starting up my own business as a Continuous Improvement consultant. While I have a lot of experience in what I do I had never created my own “selling me” website so having seen some of the videos I decided to get their help. 
Through the whole process there has been complete transparency on costs, like hosting, website templates, etc. They do work with partners but are not pushing sales, purely what is needed to get you up and running with a simple, professional website. Any questions I had they were very patient, also with the time it took sometimes for me to complete tasks, like designing a logo for my business and website. 
They are also clear that this is a 2 way, construction process. You have to put time into the process to make it work. For me this was also a learning process and I am so happy I chose them to help me build my online presence in a professional way. Could not recommend more highly!

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Free Website Guys could have done differently?

Not really for me as I was happy they let me work at my pace and did not push for inputs. I can imagine some people would prefer them to be a bit stronger in getting things done but Iwas bery happy with my planning and their support.

The Free Website Guys are everything they promised! Sven was very responsive and would follow up when I didn't get back as quickly as I should with needed information. - I did research before deciding to give them a try and their reviews were outstanding. The hosting and website templates they suggested are the best on the market and highly recommended by others in my industry. In this case, "getting what you paid for" does not apply. I would use them again!

The Free Website Guys created a website for my Reiki therapy business. I had been thinking about getting one built for a good while, but always balked at the thoughts of all the complications that come with that process. As it turned out, all the work was done – for free!!! – by the company, and I am extremely happy with the result. 
Because I am not very tech-savvy, I had additional questions and issues after the site was created, but the FWG answered everything very patiently and provided great customer service even after their part of the project was actually done. I’m very impressed and will recommend these guys to anyone.
