At first, I was very skeptical about the free website guys since their offer is to make you a free website. After doing some research online and reading the reviews, I decided to take a shot. I was lucky enough to get approved on the topic. 

Although they make you a free website, there is a form to fill out to get assessed. The entire process took about 4 months, in my case, to fully complete and customize the website that I wanted. In the end, I am satisfied with the website and customer service that the free website team provided. 

There are quite a few steps to follow, but that is all it takes for you to get a free website. Even though it took quite some time to communicate through email, they were very patient and helpful and always tried to provide me with the best options that fit my budget. The best thing about their service is whenever I have any issues with the website, they’ll take care of it. If you’re looking for a professional website, look no further. There was constant communication throughout the creation of my website, and Sven was always helpful and patient in clarifying any doubts I had and satisfying my requests on how I wanted my online website to be. 
I was quite skeptical at the beginning, when my friend introduced me to their service of creating online websites for free; YESS for FREE! But as I convinced myself, signed up the form and got accepted, I really could not ask for better in having someone taking care of your website, and also giving you instructions after delivering your work on how you can custom and change any feature of your website, without the need of contacting a website developer.
