There was no deadline/timeline on my end, but everything was done promptly. If there was a delay, it was because of me taking longer on my side of the project and they communicated next steps wonderfully. When I had questions or concerns, I received a response promptly which helped build trust.

A website when done well can be a huge boost toward success for your business, and Sven and the FWG have done an outstanding job creating my site. Sven was my primary contact and he made sure that every step of the journey was communicated clearly. I was given plenty of notice, information, and guidance throughout the process which made it near effortless on my side.

I am profoundly grateful that the FWG were able to set up the backend of the site including analytics and useful plugins, as well as the front end of the site with edits made to the Divi theme of choice. Everything is exactly as I wanted it to be, and I received so much more than I anticipated when I first applied. I would recommend them in an instant! Thank you so much!!

I love their business model, and I want to implement something similar in my own business. I appreciate the willingness to offer services for free, trusting that the word will spread and that paid business will come from referrals or from the free service clients down the line. They are truly making dreams come true for so many folks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Free Website Guys could have done differently?

I think it would be fair for them to disclose that despite their services being free, some of the tools they use or require (such as hosting, Divi) do cost money. Still much less than I ever expected to pay for a website, but this was not fully free like I initially thought. I think this would honor and resonate with the transparency I see in the rest of their business for them to disclose this and the different options they give for tiers of cost.
