The person I did my final checkout with was not very professional (video chat from home with lots of domestic background noise she was unable to change making it hard for me to hear her instructions; she seemed distracted and somewhat annoyed by my request to improve the sound). Otherwise, the bulk of my communications (w/Sven) were excellent.

The scope was to create a website that I can use for affiliate marketing. After paying for the webhosting with Bluehost they embarked to developing that website. The communiation with the especially Sven Nilsen was good and prompt. Every concern I had was handled immediately.

Everytime they will email the report of the status of the website development- what they have done and what is remaining. They actually finished their work and handed over the website without having paid nothing-the only expense I incured was the webhosting price which is small fee.

Owning a state of the art website that is live and I can use for affiliate marketing. After they finished the work the website was handed over to me.

From the begining they will ask You if You need the website quickly or whats the plan. From this I learnt from Sven Nilsen that they will want to prioritize ones project because of the numerable projects they have.  For mine it took eight hours as they informed me at the end but was spread in three months. This was so because sometimes it would take me a while before I read my emails and respond to them.

The amount of trust was top notch....more so due to constant communication.  Also from the beginning, they seemed to know what they were doing.

I think it was a good job done. Time spent is what I would request to be quicker but considering the gift they are giving to me and the amount of work at hand one has to be patient and courteous........but eventually they will deliver.

I stumbled onto "Free website guys" and it seemed too good to be true at first! But honestly, it was incredible working with Sven and his team. He was very easy to communicate with, very quick to respond, explained the process in detail, made recommendations on themes, free versions as well as ones with little extra cost but with their benefits.

At no point, there was any push to use paid services for themes, logos etc, but just pros and cons of free versus paid themes and let me pick what's best for me. Not to mention, their entire website development service was free of charge, which was incredible.

I look forward to working with them in future as my webpage develops for other needs

I have had the pleasure of seeing these guys in action. It’s starts by receiving a initial video where you can see them chatting to you as though you are face to face I actually appreciated that more than a email 🥰 after this you recieve links and videos and step by step instructions so you can follow along and feel like part of the process

The Free Website Guys created a basic website for me. They use templates (all free) but do offer paid options as well. As expected, one has to pay for hosting with suggested web hosting platforms. You do receive a discount code though. When they finished with my website, they offered to populate it, also for free.

The experience of having a website build by the TheFreewebsiteguys was quite amazing. Normally when you have a website build for free the expectations are not very high. Especially after receiving quotes for website building ranging from $2500 to $8000. However from the first interaction with Sven, our representative at the TheFreeWebsiteGuys, I had a feeling of comfort and assurance.

The introduction and the first videopresentations were further proofs of high standards and deep professional knowledge. This feeling has continued during the whole process and it only strengthen the belief that this is a true professional and experienced company that has wide expertise on building professional websites.

The interaction during the process has been continuous, comprehensible and focused. Every step was clearly explained in advance and answers have been provided in a timely manner whenever requested. The final part of customization has been very smooth and with exceptional results.
