I wanted them to build a website that basically tells a story about my business and the services I offer. At first they asked me to come up with a domain name and a potential design for the first week. Then they began programming, this took about 2 weeks before completion. They then sent a link for me to review for any changes. They made the process pretty smooth and the site does look the way I wanted it to.

The responsiveness of this team was amazing. They informed me of everything that was progressing with the site in detail. Once the link was sent where I can review the site or if they needed any changes then I considered it to be a successful project.

The only time consuming part was reviewing all of the templates and there were so many options to choose from and that was the only daunting part.

Might suggest that they make suggestions based on your business type but I don't really think that is a decision that can be taken out of your hands and completed by them it's just overwhelming to see how many choices there are.
