The team contacted me after I applied for their service and the goal was clear: set up the technical part of a website for me, a starter in business with no clue about how a website technically works. The team connected me to Bluehost and gave me a step-by-step instruction how to set up the hosting. Once completed, they set the back-end development such as SEO, plugins, security, permalinks, etc. Next, I had to pick a theme, choose what alterations I wanted and they took care of the front design of the website and also delivered content for the homepage (the last one was a bonus to me for which I was very happy about!). To complete the process, Google Workspace, Analytics, business e-mail, etc. was linked to the website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Due to circumstances I had to put promoting my business website on hold for a while. I can't say anything about metrics just yet. However: in the meantime, with the pleasant thought of the website being set up, it gave me more room to think about the next steps for my business. So no metrics, but time gained for sure: if had to do this on my own I would never have started it to begin with.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs and wishes. The entire process was impressively fast (answers to questions typically came within a day).

Give more insight in the necessity of alternative packages/additions like Google Workspace: it was recommended to buy a few extra products through the hosting service. I take responsiblity for the fact that I could've and maybe should've asked about the necessity of the products. However, in retrospect I think for future clients -who generally don't have the knowledge about these things, that's why we're so happy with you!- it's recommendable to provide more detailed information.
