The project was just completed, I have not had time to measure the long-term effects of this project on my business.

The level of communication, customer outreach, and overall friendliness and willingness to help me.  They walked me through step by step with video's and examples . The Website Guys offer a free service of setting up a wordpress site. The can design a totally free site or a paid premium site, which still ends up cheaper than a lot of other Website companies that I looked into. They worked for 7 hours on the back end and front end of the site. Then they hand it over to you to add your own data and photos.  They also provide videos on how to do this, which is so helpful.

The project was completed within a month with consistent interaction.

As soon as I sent a message, I knew that it would be answered within 24 hours . This was good, considering I live in Australia and they are based in the US.

Very unique,  as I have never come across anyone willing to give their time up, with no strings attached.  They do this work for you in the hope that you will recommend /use them for future paid work.

Created website on Bluehost that included a landing page, added company logo, pages listing services, a blog page and ecommerce for products.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I received regular updates.  Videos and emails were sent that gave updates on progress of the webiste's status.  I was kept informed at every step of the way.  I received regular updates along with answers to questions that I posed.  I can say without a doubt, my experience ranks near the top of other projects I have engaged with or have been apart of on a personal and perfessional basis.  I wish all of my projects have worked out as smoothly and with the end results.

At each step, I was given information on the next decision point.  In most cases, a video or form was provided with a descrpiton of the next step.  Delivery was ahead of my expectatons.  My emails were responded to the next day.

Their use of videos to explain the process.  Also, they had me explain what I wanted on my video via by going page by page on what I wanted to keep or remove from the DIVA theme.

No, the whole experience was beyond my expectation.  Their use of videos was a brilliant idea.

Progress was sent to me via email on a weekly or more frequent basis. Check ins were frequent and were great at pushing things along nicely. Actions for me vs actions for TFWG were very clear and easy to complete all tasks. 
We were kept in the loop at all times as to what was going on.

No question was too big or small throughout the whole process and I was really pleased with the final product! Would recommend 200% and have been even before the website was finished

Amazing. I heard about the free website guys through a friend and was dubious to begin with! It sounded too good to be true however speaking with Sven put my mind to rest, I got started with the process quickly and had regular updates with what was happening. The behind the seems work was great to be able to leave to the team, as I have no idea about websites. When it came to picking my theme the video provided was super helpful for making an informed decision based on my needed.
