We needed an entire website from scratch, FAST. We were extremely booked and didn't have much time to supervise the project. Over the course of a single month, communicating solely through email in my spare time, they threw up the most attractive website I've seen in my industry. It loads fast and pops right up on the first page of Google too. We needed a way for clients to easily find us and contact us, and this definitely did it.

We've received a boom of engagement on our website, including longer interactions, sign ups, even client engagement. Also strong social proof, as the website quality conveys expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness.

For a project this large, it was finished much earlier than expected -- no corners cut. Sven completely communicated the timeframes and progress updates, while keeping in mind it was our busiest month. He did it all with minimal supervision and responses from our end.

Services like this don't really exist anymore, especially not at this quality. If I were a giant enterprise and paid what it was worth (a LOT), I would've been just as happy as I am now with the outcome. As their name suggests, this was entirely free. I paid for the webhosting which was only 30$/yr, and I wanted to buy a plugin kit from another company which the Free Website Guys actually set up for me as a bonus.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Free Website Guys could have done differently?

No areas of improvement to suggest, I'm still completely baffled that the website they provided is ours.

There are not enough wonderful things I can say about this amazing group of people.  By accepting my application, they have taken the dream of my new business and brand to a whole new level that I would never have been able to imagine on my own. They are all very pleasant and courteous to work with.  Not to mention extremely knowledgeable and willing to help, which is especially appreciated to someone who is not tech savvy in the slightest. The video's and step by step instructions are very easy to follow.  I would recommend The Free Website Guys to anyone.  I know I plan on using their services in the future, should I ever need them. The Free Website Guys assisted me in getting a web domain set up, and then walked me through the process of picking a theme for my website. Afterwards, they did all the work of loading that theme into website, and then gave me a detailed explanation of how to let them know how I wanted to customize the build and layout of the website. 
When all that was done, they then provided me another detailed explanation of to edit and customize the website to my liking. The communication was very clear and consistent.

There were a number of different steps that Sven laid out, that gave a pretty clear depiction of the progress that would be made with the completion of each step.

When people see "free" in anything, they assume that it's low quality or the service will be below average. I'm a scrappy CEO with a brand new LLC and I try to save wherever possible to provide funding to grow my business. That being said, I cannot begin to describe how incredible the team at TheFreeWebsiteGuys.com has been. I'm not the best with computers or websites so I typically require a lot of hand-holding. 
Sven and his team were very supportive and took the time required to explain each step of the process. There was ZERO pressure to purchase any upgrades or additional products in website design. The emails were housed in one thread to provide a simple and quick reference in case of delayed communication and we remained on the same page throughout. The follow-up emails included videos and tutorials that clearly defined my role and all the work being done behind the scenes.
