What I find impressive about the Free Website Guys is the quality of work that they performed. They treated my small business start up just like they would any one else. I know they put the same level of care into my project as any other. 

I 100% recommend working with The Free Website Guys! Each step of the process was broken down easily and with a video to explain what was needed on my part, and any questions that I had were answered very quickly. While I was told that responses my take up to two business days, I don't believe that I waited more than 24 hours to hear back about the next steps on my project. The finalized product was professional and something I knew I couldn't have done myself! If I need any future website help or work done in the future, I know I will be coming back to the Free Website Guys!

The Free Website guys have helped me create a Free working website from 0 without needing to have any technical knowledge. From joining a hosting page, getting a domain, picking a template, editing it, adding plug-ins and customisation, they have helped every step of the way.

The Free Website Guys have been absolutely professional throughout the process. As someone starting a new business and not being very tech-savvy, creating a website felt overwhelming. Sven and the team provided step-by-step support, giving me video tutorials, progress reports, and valuable insight throughout the process. Their clear communication made everything easier to understand, and their professionalism ensured I felt confident at every stage. I can’t believe that two months later, I now have a beautifully designed, high-end website completely free. They were very organised throughout and knew every step of the process. This allowed me to focus on the content rather than having to learn how to use anything. They shared video tutorials with me and make sure the process wasn't too overwhelming. Their professionalism make me feel safe working with them despite only hearing about their services a couple of months ago.

I believe they did everything that was in their scope to help me and they always had suggestions for third party support if something feel outside of their scope of practice. The only thing I would suggest for future would be maybe a list of reliable third party apps that they could share with any new business - but this doesn't necessarily fall within their expertise. They were great!

The free websites guys allowed me to went through this step alleviating the burdens of dealing with web hosting and Wordpress initial configuration, helping me selecting the most appropriate WP theme and plugins and deploying the first release of the web front end without any effort on my side

I was looking for WP themes and plugins bundles which allowed me to quickly implement what I had in mind originally. This was not possible. I made a research on my own for available SDKs but no one of those could be managed by the freewebsiteguys unless moving out of the free deal. I don't know how complicated would have been considering these SDKs for the initial website deployment.

They delivered a polished, professional website at no cost, which is a unique offering in itself. One area for improvement would be enhancing the audio quality of some of the support videos. A few had low audio output, which made them harder to follow at times. Re-recording those videos or boosting the audio would make them even more effective. Other than that, the process and results were excellent, and I was very happy with their service overall.
