How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through Justdail. Because the project was such a high priority, we needed a results-driven partner that was committed to providing customer support.

They designed and developed a ASP.Net based business management solution. We first started with an RND. Then, they gave us workflows and design mock-ups to approve before starting production. They completed the project in 3 months, which allowed us to test functions and give feedback.

There were 6 people in the core team, including a designer, and 2 senior developers, 3 junior developers. Other resources would come and go depending on the project needs.

We were able to launch the project early, which was a major achievement for us.

The project management was great. They regularly met deadlines, and we never had unexpected turnovers. We communicated through Mails and calls.
