I'm a managing director at a financial advising company. We offer a range of products to offer different solutions under one roof to anyone that is looking to build wealth.

What challenge were you trying to address with FiibixTech Solutions?

We were looking for a customized mobile application and web-based CRM to connect with our customers. We were also trying to expand our customer base.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We spoke to FiibixTech Solutions about our customers and the overall concept of what we are looking for and provided some documentation. They came up with some possible solutions and modifications we could make to help customers. Then, they started working on the app's UI and customizations. From there, they gradually started working on the database design and then began development based on the expected user flow. 

They’ve completed the mobile app, and it is now available for Android users to download. The app provides daily updates on the stock market and activity in the customer’s account.

We also utilize their marketing consulting services. We’re doing branding activities to identify our potential markets.

What is the team composition?

We were mostly in contact with 10 members of the team.

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost $5,000–$10,000 and we continue to pay them monthly for marketing and media sourcing services.

What is the status of this engagement?

The app development project lasted from May 2021–April 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve just launched the Android version of the app and we believe it will help us engage more customers, boost profit for customers, and increase transparency. By using this app, customers can identify exactly where they’ve invested their money; this is an improvement on having to manually track everything. 

While we do not have quantitative information to share yet, I think we got exactly what we were looking for. Once we collect user information from our initial launch, we can begin developing the second version of the app and an iOS version, creating new functionalities to help our customers. We’re going to continue to customize the app to provide better solutions to our customers.

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything was always on track. FiibixTech Solutions followed agile methodologies and set milestones; they were able to meet deadlines and keep us informed about what stage of the process they were in. We always knew what progress had been made and they were also able to make updates as required. Various tools were used throughout the project, including a ticket system and Google Docs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’d tried several developers but they’d never been able to deliver what we wanted. However, FiibixTech Solutions really understood what we wanted and came up with solutions that hit the mark. The application turned out 100% as expected and I am very satisfied with everything they delivered.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could be more organized in the management of their business.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

If you are looking for end-to-end solutions, they are the best choice. I would recommend having an in-person visit with them and sharing any documentation and information about your customers so that FiibixTech Solutions can come up with customized solutions to help you succeed.
