First project
The project, entitled the Dynamic Orbital Communication Adjustment Protocol (DOCAP), is designed to significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of communications in space by dynamically adjusting communication margins. This adjustment is based on real-time and predictive velocity and acceleration data of satellites and spacecraft. The core of our proposal involves the development of a novel protocol that utilizes heartbeat messages for the dynamic adjustment of communication parameters in orbital communication systems. This would entail the formulation of a new message format to convey essential velocity and acceleration data, alongside a mechanism for calculating dynamic communication margins. Before we proceed with our detailed proposal, we seek to confirm a few critical points with you guys:
1. Given that our concept is original and currently lacks a formal draft or pre-existing specification, would our project be considered appropriate for submission?
2. Are projects that introduce entirely new concepts, as opposed to building upon existing drafts, welcome at the ? Our primary aim is to contribute a fresh perspective to the challenges of space communication.
Second project
Device name : Shoe electronic beach device, Running away from the shark using shoe electronic beach device, this shoe electronic beach devicewill be wrapped around the human leg ankle on both legs and the size of the device will be 20 mm x 50mm and the thickness size is 1.9 mm, on the other side the swimmer will wrapped around the beltdevice on the wrist, the size of the beach belt device will be 4 mm x 10 mm and when the swimmer isdrowning will press the button on the belt device that is on the wrist just to keep the swimmer remainafloat above when drowning on the beach or under shark attack and the electronic beach device will bebe quickly converted to a look alike scuba diver shoes and allow the swimmer to quickly stand abovethe sea by the elctronic beach device, then the swimmer will move with the elctronic beach deviceshoes to the shore, and the shoe eletcronic beach device will move like a surfing board, but it's not thesurfing board.
Components of the shoe electronic beachThese shoes will be made from a quick-drying mesh fabric that is suitable for use in water, the pairswill also have some element of neoprene involved and may look or feel more like ‘wetsuit shoes. Theelasticated ankle will ensure they stay on whilst you’re in water and the grippy sole means they areideal for people who are drowning or under shark attack on the beach too. Second project Toddler protector This will prevent the toddlers from drowning in home swimming pools, this toddler device will be thesize of 100 mm x 1250 mm connecting to one another surrounding the home swimming pools and thiswill look like the belt surrounding the home swimming pools just to prevent the toddlers fromdrowning while the parents or guardian is not watching.Mind you! These things actually happens and those is no technology devices that have been put inplace in order to prevent this from happening on daily basis and these incidents of the drowning oftoddlers from the deep home swimming pool occur on daily basis around the world because you mightfind out during the june school holidays the parent of the toddler are at work and the only person in thethe house is the guardian, who is busy inside the house.
How will this function:The Toddler protector will function like this, as we will be placing the 100 mm x 250mm mmm toddlerprotector device around the home swimming pools, when the toddler is approaching the homeswimming pool without the parents or guardian from the home obviously the toddler will step on top ofthe 100 mm x 2500 mm toddler protector device before jumping in the swimming pool and when thetoddler step on the toddler protector device, the device will quickly detect the shoe size of the toddlerand hold the toddler' s legs stationary not moving on the device and the transmitter will be quickly sent to the GPRS app that will be installed on the parent or the guardian's smartphone to alert them that the toddler is inches away from jumping into the home swimming pool and obviously the parent or theguardian will immediately respond fetch the the toddler before it can be turned into an incident.I'm looking forward to building the game app. I'm looking forward to Creating my own game app thatcan be a great way to get into the mobile gaming industry. With the right tools and resources, you cancreate an engaging and successful game for people. The first step in creating my own game app is todecide which platform I want to develop for. Popular platforms include iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and HTML5. Each platform has its own set of advantages and disadvantages, so it’s important toobserve before making a decision. Once you’ve chosen a platform, it’s time to start developing youridea. I will Brainstorm It differently, the game concepts and decide which one I want to build here onRoblox. I had already thought about what kind of game mechanics would be fun and engaging forplayers. Also consider what type of art style and graphics I want to use. for the game. Now it’s time tostart designing your game.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Actually indeed, I have notiuce that Fastercapital is the versatile and intelligent company when it comes to approach this kinds of project and the management point of view is indeed palying the positive role.
Measuring the success of a project largely depends on its desired outcomes. Since different projects have varying goals, their evaluation criteria for success will also differ.
I was working on waterfall projects typically have a defined scope, schedule, and cost at the outset. If changes are required during project execution, the project manager returns to the planning phase to determine a new plan and expectations across scope, schedule, and cost (commonly called the iron triangle).
I have also learned about the schedule variance is the difference between the work planned and completed at a given time. It helps project managers understand whether the project is on track, ahead, or behind schedule. A positive SV indicates that the project is ahead of schedule, while a negative SV suggests that the project is behind schedule. Monitoring this metric throughout the project allows teams to identify potential bottlenecks and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
I've noticed that the actual cost represents the total amount of money spent on a project up to a specific point in time. It includes all expenses related to the project, such as personnel costs, material costs, and equipment costs. Keeping track of the actual cost is crucial for managing the project budget and ensuring it stays within the allocated funds. Comparing actual cost to the planned budget can provide insights into the project's financial performance and areas where cost-saving measures may be needed.
I had also learned that the cost variance is the difference between a project's expected and actual costs. A positive CV indicates that the project is under budget. Monitoring cost variance helps project managers identify areas where the project may be overspending and implement corrective actions to prevent further cost overruns.
The planned value is vital to estimate the value of the work that should have been completed by a specific point in time. It is a valuable metric for comparing the project's progress against the original plan. PV calculates other vital metrics, such as earned value (EV) and schedule performance index (SPI)
For instance, a team launching a new product might measure success based on customer engagement, sales figures, and reviews, while a team organizing an event may assess success through ticket sales and attendee feedback. Even projects with similar objectives can have different measurements of success. So, there's no one-size-fits-all approach to evaluating project results; each assessment should be customized to the specific goals in mind.
I can say that effectively measuring success and progress, it's essential to focus on the metrics that matter. These metrics vary depending on the organization, team, or project, but some common ones include project completion rate, budget utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
We have divided these metrics into waterfall projects (predictive) and agile projects (adaptive). While some metrics may apply to both types of projects, this categorization ensures a more tailored approach to evaluation. Remember that these metrics assume a project has a solid plan or a known backlog to work against, as measuring progress relies on comparing actual outcomes to planned outcomes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Fastercapital has the progressive mindset that doesn't always bear fruit, but accomplishments like the fastercapital, clutch prove that innovation can yield impressive results for e-commerce companies. They are very quick, supportive because of its commitment to world-class customer service. I really appreciate the company core values shape how Fastercapital employees experience work every day. They influence decisions, guide behaviors, and define the culture people feel the moment they walk through the door. That’s because values only stick when they’re lived — not just written down.
They need to be seen in action — modeled by leaders and reinforced through recognition. When people are recognized for living your values, those behaviors get repeated. And that’s how culture becomes real. At the center of outstanding customer service lie core values that guide interactions with customers and shape the overall service experience.
