How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After comparing four other companies that offer the same services, I found that ESOLS, with whom I had worked before, was my first choice. To ensure objectivity, I reviewed all the companies, products, and quotes for the required services. Among the competition, ESOLS offered the most services in a bundled package, and they were one of only two companies with dedicated project managers for each project. This is important for both capacity and customer satisfaction.

We began by custom redesigning the site, then transferred it to WordPress, improved media files and images, updated content, and initiated site testing. Meanwhile, we kept a close eye on SEO by updating Google AdWords, adding more key terms, monitoring industry competitors, and aligning with the industry. After the site launch, we plan to start our PPC campaign, while continuing with our SEO efforts that will last throughout 2023.

Overall, there were three project leads who directly oversaw the project, and their teams were responsible for completing tasks assigned to them.

ESOLS has been successful in achieving significant improvements for Lovemybedss. Specifically, the number of leads has increased by four times its previous rate. In addition, the keywords achieved a high ranking, appearing within the top 3 results on relevant search engines. The Lovemybeds website has also seen a steady increase in traffic on a monthly basis.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the results delivered by ESOLS. The strength of the ESOLS team, including their knowledge, attention to detail, and communication skills. This implies that the success achieved by ESOLS was not just a result of their technical expertise, but also their ability to work closely with the client and communicate effectively with them.

ESOLS is highly transparent, with action items being marked as completed and automatic reminders being sent even if the user is not logged into the system. This is particularly useful for those who have other projects and assignments. Communication from the provider is excellent, with prompt responses to questions, concerns, and suggestions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In our industry, being highly Agile, process-driven, and efficient is a significant advantage, and that's exactly what they bring to the table.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As a growing company, having access to the ESOLS on different time zones would be advantageous. Despite the challenges posed by our XUS sites and partners, the ESOLS has been accommodating by providing detailed instructions and videos, which have helped us collaborate effectively with our team members in other countries.

we had recently launched new products and needed to improve brand recognition and digital presence. In order to achieve this goal, we hired ESOLS to assist with search engine optimization (SEO) and digital strategy. By enlisting the help of a digital marketing agency like ESOLS, we could develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan to increase visibility, drive traffic, and ultimately grow their business.

After much thought and consideration, we ultimately chose to work with ESOLS.

we met with a team to discuss our digital marketing strategy and was impressed with their approach. we pleased to find that our respective processes were similar, which likely made it easier to collaborate on the project. we provided an in-depth strategy, which the team reviewed and added some additional suggestions related to pay-per-click (PPC) advertising during the first phase of the project.

After the initial planning phase, the team was able to quickly move into the implementation stage and has been making steady progress through each subsequent stage. Overall, we have found a team that is able to understand their needs and work efficiently to achieve their digital marketing goals.

we are collaborating with a dedicated project manager, with whom we have built a strong working relationship based on trust and confidence. He keeps us regularly updated through various means, such as phone calls, team meetings, and email, and is always available and prompt in his responses.

Additionally, we have had the opportunity to work with different members of the ESOLS team, depending on the specific requirements and scope of each project. For instance we worked with Website developer, Social media marketer, Social media manager, PPC expert, SEO expert and Graphic designer.
