What was the scope of their involvement?

ENMI Agency was responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive AI-powered hotel management system from the ground up. Their work included strategy, software development, systems integration, and data intelligence. They delivered a web-based dashboard, a dynamic pricing engine, automated cleaning coordination, a unified financial dashboard, and an AI-powered analytics suite. They also provided an administrator's control panel, a comprehensive data dictionary and integration documentation, and a strategic playbook for using the platform's insights.

ENMI Agency handled the core strategy, design, system architecture, frontend and backend development, data and AI engineering, and project management. They integrated third-party services for payment processing and cloud hosting, and collaborated with the cleaning company's tech team for API integration. Some data inputs and ongoing configuration were managed by our internal team, but ENMI acted as the main architect and coordinator throughout the project.
